weather doesn't update #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening weather lockscreen
2.using any HTC weather widget/clock
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Updated weather info/"No weather forecasts available"

Please provide any additional information below.
Favorite ROM to date! Looks Awesome!

This has nothing to do with Partychat.
