Chat Shows as Being Offline #284

Signed into GoogleChat and saw that the groups that I have access to are 
showing as being 'logged off' and are unable to receive any chat messages.

We had to switch from 'im.partych.at' to 'at.partych.at' earlier this week, and 
had no issues, but now it seems that neither of those roots are working on the 
chat features.
