goes offline in completely random times #285

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm not sure, @im.partych.at me and my co-workers have been using goes offline 
in completely random times and is causing so much inconvenience. 
"@im.partych.at is offline and can't receive messages right now."
I tried the method of removing the contact and add it again and it never worked 
once.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stable online chatroom.
Now it always comes on and offline whenever it likes to, causing inconvenience, 
being unable to use the chatroom

We are also experiencing the same problem for quite a while now, every now and 
then the conference room will just be unavailable for about 10 minutes, and 
then come back by itself.
