Does not show messages to all users in the party chat #303

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No steps were taken. As the day progressed more users weren't able to see what 
others would write in the party chat. Commands would also not work. I tried 
/list and it did nothing. I had to delete my cookies in order to get a response 
from the chat bot using the commands.

Please provide any additional information below.
