What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Signed into GMail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  Should show the chat rooms on the contacts list as signed in and available to chat in.  Instead, all the rooms that I'm in are showing as offline and unable to receive any messages (even 'offline' messages).
