Try to clean up SGD files.

Thanks for this pull request!

Unfortunately Groundhog development is over, as far as I know. It is replaced by Blocks, a much more generic tool and a more reliable codebase as well. There is an ongoing work on implementing machine translation in Blocks, and I hope the resulting implementation will be available as a public repository soon.
