Import scan from theano instead of theano.sandbox. #35

Theano has moved scan module out of sandbox.

thanks. I can't test it, but I think it is fine.

Note, we didn't moved scan outside the sandbox. It was a new scan, that we didn't continue. So we got rid of it instead of having 2 versions.
