I can not select any object

Hello, I have installed the mod:

• Time Warp by Lisa Lionheart
• First Person Camera by Nlight
• Trafic Manager by seigggy
• City Vitals Watch

When the game starts, I can not select any object with the mouse. I use Traffic Report Tool 2.0.

To select objects I have to press the round button with the magnifying glass to activate the tool (Traffic Report) and then press it again to disable the tool, then I can already select objects such as buildings, cars or people, etc.

it seems that when you start the mod it blocks the mouse
