Sets handler to NullHandler as advised in https://docs.python.org/3/howto/logging.html#configuring-logging-for-a-library among other sources
Better log levels for a couple things
Replace a print with log
Allow for selecting log level in the CLI

There's more work to be done described in issue #115 but this is a start
