Feature Request: Volume control #128

When encoding Star Trek TOS blu-rays, I noticed that the audio seems to be mastered at a lower volume than most other content. While I recognize this would be a seldom-used trigger, it would be nice -- like the ability to define bitrate -- to define volume when the case calls for it.

@catdroid75 Thanks for using my tools! But I'll be honest, I'm not inclined to add this feature because it's a slippery slope for tons of other audio filters. And I don't want to complicate and already complicated API. I think the right way to deal with this remixing your original rip.
