Major changes:
-PlasmidEC can now be applied to 8 different species.
-New species are compatible (if PlaScope models are created).
-New PlaScope models created and integrated into plasmidEC. (4 species).
-Assembly graph ( in.gfa format) can be used as an input. This provides an easier compatibility with gplas
