Added code with two purposes. 1) If multiple genomes are provided as input, and output file for each file will be created. 2) Individual files in gplas_format will also be created.
Additionally: Changed the names in the environmets that are created (from plascope -> plascope_ec_lv). Added versions of all softwares to the conda installation instructions.
