Jeff Jarvis "Geeks Bearing Gifts" which on Medium https://medium.com/geeks-bearing-gifts This is the foundation of the "social journalism" MA degree we just launched at CUNY. (Love what you are doing here - this is essentially what we are all about, and we can use any and all help in terms of figuring out the best ways to teach this/instill the right mindset.)
