Create a companion RSS aggregator #20

I'd like to have a companion RSS aggregator to my blog, similar to: http://scripting.com/river.html.

Since I host the blog today on Github Pages, it is a flat file/no database setup. I may have to put the aggregator elsewhere and link to it from here.
