Fix image links #27

Dropbox disabled public hosting of images on September 1, boo.

Now images on the blog don't work. I reactivated my Flickr account and now have a new folder, /blog, for all images that are linked to from the blog:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/lisawilliams/albums/72157684760135412

However, all the links have to be changed from Dropbox links to Flickr links.

Migrated all images to Flickr and fixed links.
