README does not give instructions about gstat for macOS users

The README says:

macOS users should use the Homebrew gstat command

But no information is provided about how to install this command. To install via Homebrew (recommended) the user should install coreutils:

brew install coreutils

I recommend adding this step explicitly to the README, to reduce friction for adoption.
