Clamd for multicore CPUs instead of clamscan #8

Clamscan uses a single execution thread. Clamd uses multiple threads threads and can better take advantage of multicore CPUs. source: https://lists.archive.carbon60.com/clamav/users/63939

Any chance you can offer an updated script with clamd being used too?😊
