New direction for botlist / name-change - ghostnetwork(thenet) #62

Future direction and new features.

1. Name change - I want to use a name associated with "ghost in the shell".
 I already have a domain; ghostbots.com.  But botlist could be "thenet",
short for ghostnetwork.  Or ghostnet.  Botnet, botverse, etc.

2. Named Entity Recognition Thesis

3. Converting found named entities into semantic web content

4. Archiving system (sqlite, amazon ec2, s3, etc).

Also, a feature to allow developers or non-developers to get involved in the 
project.

Update source code, or add unit tests without being involved in the project.
