News cycle font is blurred when using Chrome on Win XP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Win XP and Chrome 21.0.1180.83 m
2. Use font-family: News Cycle, Trebuchet, sans-serif;
3. View webpage where font (not bold) is blurred

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text is blurred instead of clear. For example see www.testerschallenge.com

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP and Chrome 21.0
