Update to 1.15 #116

This is me letting all of you know that I am aware of the existence of 1.15. The update looks simple enough, but the timing is pretty unfortunate for me personally, so it may take me a little while.

As stated by md-5, the API is pretty much the same for 1.15 so I'm pretty sure you can just update Spigot from 1.14.4 to 1.15 without any issues.

I'm in the middle of finals week. Feel free to submit a PR, otherwise I'll be freeing up on Friday.

OpenInv does not use the Spigot API for most of its functionality.
