Update to 1.16 #141

This is me letting you all know that I'm aware of the release of 1.16.

Should be able to get a build out by the end of the day - I started in on it this morning but need to actually invest a bit of time I do not have into examining a couple changes regarding vanilla's world system.

Well, I've arrived home and will be consuming food for the near future, so no, I do not have an update ready to push yet. Please be patient.
