Update to 1.16.5 #180

to run on the latest versions of paper: 475-version https://papermc.io/downloads#Paper-1.16.5

In what way does this at all address any issue?

A) this is the wrong adapter B) this doesn't do anything - if it still compiles after only changing the Spigot dependency and nothing else, nothing was changed across NMS versions C) the version swapped to is 1.16.3, not 1.16.5
