Pillar Mining Issue w. Silk Touch and Eff V #264

Server Version: 1.17.1 Orebfuscator Version: 5.1.6 Protocollib Version: v4.7.0

I have a strange issue where players get "bumped" horizontally when mining straight down a pillar of Stone (or other block that can be Silk Touch mined such as Coal Ore) with a Diamond Pickaxe (Eff V and Silk Touch). This causes them to fall off the tower, unless they go very slow and correct their horizontal position. It only effects Survival mode, not Creative mode.

Changing the block type (e.g Granite or Cobblestone), removing Efficiency or removing Silk Touch from the pick axe changes the behavior. I'm looking at Orebfuscator as the issue because removing the plugin also removes the observed behavior. Does anyone else have this issue?
