Example tile URI: https://tile.mapa-turystyczna.pl/map/12/2256/1417.v4300.png Needs an entry in https://github.com/liskin/strava-map-switcher/blob/master/layers.js - a copyright, min/max zooms, etc.

Using tiles from this site is a violation of the license, see https://mapa-turystyczna.pl/regulamin, point 10.4.
