Kartverket [NO] not working any more #26

Hi, I noticed that the Kartverket [NO] option has stopped working. It may have happened some months ago when they changed some of their WMS and TMS services. https://kartkatalog.geonorge.no/metadata/norges-grunnkart-wms/8ecaa2d5-8b0a-46cf-a2a7-2584f78b12e2

This was actually fixed in https://github.com/liskin/strava-map-switcher/commit/3b0d13f7d38fdc3891b88f7cec2cfda57a8d34c2 but I never released the fix to the extension stores because Google rejected the update last time I tried to do so, and I didn't have time to fight them. Might give it another try some day

No idea why Google would reject that change, replacing a dysfunctional URL with a functional one.

They're not accepting Manifest V2 extension updates any more and the Google Maps stuff isn't compliant with Manifest V3 requirements.
