OpenGL error #16

I keep receiving the "OpenGL failed to load. Please install the latest display 
drivers from your GPU manufacturer" error, despite adding and installing 
everything I can and updating my NVidia driver so it can run. Is there a file 
missing or something I'm doing wrong when starting it?

Maybe the log might help. I have the same problem too (and i have an ati radeon)

- Event: Program Start.
- Warning: Failed to locate lolviewer.dat.
- Event: Creating shader: transform2D_tex.vert
- Event: Creating shader: phong.vert
- Event: Creating shader: cellRigged.vert
- Event: Creating shader: texSampler.frag
- Error: Failed to create shader: texSampler.frag
- Event: Program shutdown.
