Animation Bug #5

There's a visualization bug in the animation pipeline.

Some champions appear to hyper extend joints or animate in other ways which 
appear wrong.

Most probable cause is a loss of degrees of freedom while converting .anm file 
data from relative to absolute space.

Not a super huge problem.  However, a problem none the less.

I made the change in the animation pipeline where I thought the problem was.  
However, they didn't fix this issue.  

The next most probable cause is the procedural reader reading in version 
mismatched files.

This issue is about a year old.  The code base has changed so much since then 
this issue is no longer relevant.
