DocuWiki Hogfather Version Compatibility? #5

Is this plugin compatible with the DocuWiki Hogfather Version? thx

I get Failed to handle action: plugin_tagadd__addtags on a clean Hogfather installation.

I tried it with dokuwiki Hogfather and required plugins installed (ajaxedit, tag, tagfilter), and also have this issue. But I also had Bootstrap3 template installed and defined as template. I tried with Dokuwiki's default template and this works fine. So I don't think It's due to Hogfather,

I use the link, as shortcut CTRL+Q in Firefox under Linux is "Quit".
