Feature Request: use other search engine #3

The name is google but would be lovelly to be able to change the search engine other than google; i.e. duckgogo, qwant, etc. That said, thank you for the plugin =)

I was just about to add this request. Also highlighting text doesn't seem to do anything for me. Is it broken?
