Add support for modpes #22

when adding support for older versions of mcpe most mods are modpes (If that ever happens)

ModPE is much more complicated than native mod. Supporting it is not impossible, but unfortunately we don't have time now. This project might revive in vacation, but I can't guarantee. :disappointed:
