Notebook gump can‘t be closed in iOS 11 #50

Since we always auto-open the keyboard after Return closes it, the iOS 11 keyboard isn‘t closeable anymore. The notebook gump needs a manual closing button.

Also the help menu needs to be disabled in notebook mode.
