Change the convention for the polarization angle #238

This PR changes the convention used to measure the polarization angle ψ to make it similar to TOAST's, to check whether this fixes the weird problems with the map-maker (see #194).

@giuspugl , when you have time, may you please re-run your notebook using this PR and check if there is any difference in the output? If possible, I would re-run it both with and without a spinning HWP. Thanks!
