@nraffuzz and I are currently developing two separate branches from the same code on HWP systematics (hwp_sys.py) and modifying it with the features we need. In my branch I have added non ideal bandpasses, while @nraffuzz is implementing the TOD computation using the HWP Mueller matrix terms (instead of the Jones ones). We plan to merge our efforts and have only one code with both features.
