It seems you have made a mistake and we hope to explain the situation to you.
Regardless of which crypto you use, one of the most important parts of making transfers is double checking the address prior to sending. In most cases, that crypto is gone, and you will never see it again.
It is important to add this critical step in your process to avoid any disasters in the future.
To help our users we clearly label the "Donate to Litecoin Foundation" and add it to the memo so it is easily found. The Litewallet team is small and we have a small budget, we rely heavily on these donations.
Somehow, you managed to miss all of these labels and it causes issues for us as well as you. We don't want any accidental donations. And mistakes this cause many issues in our process. We have to find the transactions, setup refund record, request a refund from Charlie and the board. This is extremely disruptive to our process and it takes a 6 - 8 weeks at a minimum.
Please respond to the questions below in text and a single screenshot:
1. Transaction ID
2. A corresponding email
3. The send screenshot showing the Donation memo
