Missing balance from Litewallet

Greetings,

I am having issues with the Litewallet app on IOS. First the app was starting and immediately exiting, could not get past that so I had to delete and reload. Now that it is reloaded with my 12 passwords and synced, I am showing $0 balance. First, I was assuming I entered a key wrong but after a few tries I noticed if I go to "send" my balance is there. As you would assume, if I try to send more than my balance, I get the "insufficient funds" error. if I try to send just below my balance, I get the confirmation screen and everything looks right up until I hit "send” then the confirmation screen disappears and I am right back at the main send screen with no transaction being processed. As a test, I used 3 different receive keys generated by Litewallet after reloading and sent some small Litecoin transactions from another account. None of the transactions show up, still $0 balance and no transaction history. However, if I go to "send" my balance is updated with the  3 received transactions.

Any guidance you could provide would be gratefully appreciated.

We appreciate your support and always know that your Litecoin is safe on the blockchain and why it is so important to keep your seed phrases in a safe place as your coins are not on the actual wallet or any wallet for that matter but safe and sound on the blockchain.
