Hi, that was an accidental close; but please elaborate or I'll close deliberately :)

LCC development branch appears to be using RandomX algorithm for mining. At the time, my comment expressed concern with turning the overall project into a privacy coin like Monero. Instead, I was suggesting to follow any confidential features being implemented by the upstream such as #MWEB 'extension blocks' which include an optional second chain.

There would be a Main Chain and secondary MW Chain described as Mimblewimble Extension Block (MWEB). So, it was referring to making confidential transactions optional like Zcash or LTC (upcoming feature) and was not related to PoW.
