Use custom resolver to index Tips [Paring João & Frans]

Consume tips data in app poses challenges, since the data come both from index data and chain data.

The plan as discussed is:

• write mapper for tips to index data using squid infra
• use custom resolver to combine onchain data
• paring between @jdomingos & @franjs
