Fix (150) URL typos

Description

Of the +600 links to github in changelog, 150 of them are wrong, which I assume was unintended? It raises the question: are these links machine inserted?

@Alc-Alc I've added a fix as a separate commit

I assume the failing mypy and pyright tests can be ignored, as they seem not to relate to changes made in this PR.
