Thoughts about the Name #3

I were just thinking if its nicer if we shorten the name a little bit. making it something like this: fucal, focal, Fo-Cal, Fu-Cal, FOcal, FUcal, FuCal, FoCal. Just an idea. I am not sure. @jancborchardt what do you think?

I thought about this too when coming up with the name and getting the domain. But I came to the conclusion »Focalendar« is best:

it’s a combination of »focus/focal« and »calendar« – so everything with »fu« is just wrong
you know it’s a calendar, »Focal« alone could be anything, probably something related to cameras :)
it’s unique, and searchable. »focal« is not and will drown in a sea of results

So I would stick with the name.

Your right. Was just an idea. But good to know how you came up with the name.
