Adding the Alveo U280 to the list #265

Tested that the linus-on-litex-vexriscv repo uses the alveo u280 platform and target files from the litex-boards repo and builds the bitstream and LiteX BIOS, then tested Linux booting using the HBM2 channel 0 as the main RAM.

Thanks @smosanu! That's merged. As discussed together, I don't have the Alveo U280 but will test a configuration close to it soon (FK33).
