add titanium_ti60_f225_dev_kit to readme table #266

Thanks @Logicwax, the table was a bit complicated to maintain so I simplified things and we now just list the supported board. titanium_ti60_f225_dev_kit is now listed with the changes in https://github.com/litex-hub/linux-on-litex-vexriscv/commit/d0bcc629941de1d121fb5460147d832284579335. Thanks for the proposed PR.

ok, although I do think the missing speed column is quite useful.

@Logicwax: Thanks I agree. Here I wanted to simplify the listing (ie automate it). While doing this, I was also thinking of extending this and automatically retrieves the sys_clk_freq/supported features of the boards. I'll try to spend a bit of time on this soon.
