these mods add a second MMCM, to fix the BUFG/BUFIO issue #15

NOTE: this is just for your reference, you don't need to merge if you think this is a bad idea. But I'm currently playing around with a second MMCM that allows me to use separate BUFIO for input and output domains, instead of using a BUFG.

This also allows me to play with input vs. output clock settings separately to see why 1080p output seems unstable.

Thanks, merged. I'll test that and will maybe make the second mmcm optional.
