Giving special parts better names #7

This makes it easier to understand errors and other issues in the log output.

I'd like the name to be hdmi_in0_pll_adv & hdmi_in1_pll_adv rather than hdmi_in_pll_adv & hdmi_in_pll_adv_1 - but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to make that happen.
