So we can support microwatt.

The chosen toolchain arch should be ppc64 or ppc64le ? I am currently blindly setting ppc64 and hoping for the best.

11:45 PM <@hughhalf> @mithro P9 does LE and BE, afaik #microwatt is LE only so ppc64le is the appropriate choice I believe, but will defer to those smarter than I :slightly_smiling_face:

ppc64le it is ( will also investigate the build failure on Travis)
