Convert the captilisation of every variation of LiTHe kod to the correct one; LiTHe kod with a small 'k' in "kod".

The assocation is called LiTHe kod, note the capitalisation on "kod" which follows Swedish language rules.

Reasonable, the naming should be consistent.
