Remove Conduit dependency version upper-bound #6

I don't know the dependency versioning policies of this package, but: currently an upper bound of "conduit < 0.5" is defined, whilst the package seems to work fine with conduit-0.5.2.3. Could this be removed?

Scratch this, looks like some older Conduit version was used while building. Will check whether I can bring things up-to-date.

I created an upper bound because, for a while, there was no upper bound, but a newer version of Conduit came out with API changes that broke cereal-conduit. I'll re-evaluate the version requirements tonight. Thanks for letting me know about a potential problem.

According to http://hackage.haskell.org/package/conduit/ , the latest version is less than 0.5, so I believe the requirement should stand.
