Change mod application website text #178

It says we will contact them within a week. That is not true yet, as we don't even have the mod system in place yet. Change it to say we will contact them when we start enlisting mods.

Yes. Definitely do that. We will have small pseudo-interviews with potential mods, so we need a good contact for them.
