Include value variables in PlayerState #179

So that we can freeze the player value in the state during arena.

The issue is that we can't freeze the value during Arena, so you can't accumulate a lot of value. I think this is good, it forces cash flow. So a really good player who killed so many people and made them lose there stuff doesn't just hold onto his value forever. I don't think we need to freeze player value for this reason.
