Add support for managing org units #46

The ability to move User objects within the Google Directory OU structure would be extremely helpful for my organization

@jwelterdps you can move users between org units already. Just set the org unit attribute.

This issue was for the ability to create and update org units themselves with the management agent

Sorry for the off-topic but it's not clear to me how you can read the "org unit path" attribute

There's an attribute in the user schema you can select called orgUnitPath
