Fix for: https://github.com/lithnet/googleapps-managementagent/issues/58

We can ignore the renaming changes (I think they need more testing before going into release) and only apply the changes to ClassroomApiElement.cs ManagementAgentParametersBase.cs

Needs to be applied together with https://github.com/lithnet/googleapps-client/pull/4/commits

Not sure how I managed not to merge the PR itself, but the code is definitely merged into the base
